We have executed a number of direct and co-investment transactions, structured and invested in a number of debt financings and have in-depth corporate finance and accounting experience. We view our role as that of a resource rather than that of a paid outside consultant.  As such, we are committed to being involved in every step of the transaction from negotiating documentation, answering questions and resolving conflict. 

Company Valuation, Financing Option Analysis & Sales Preparation

  • Assess and recommend financing alternatives

  • Properly calculate company value

  • Develop a marketing plan tailored to the type of financing sought

  • Work with client to set expectations and answer questions

  • Prepare all necessary marketing material

Introductions



  • Use expertise and network to identify those investors and/or financers who are most compatible and additive

  • Introduce transaction to the identified investors/financiers

  • Work with client to coordinate meetings and due diligence

  • Act as advisor to client as they decide which offer to accept

Transaction completion



  • Advise client on structuring

  • Work and coordinate with legal counsel as needed

  • Coordinate with other investors and/or debt providers involved in the transaction

  • Successful completion of transaction
